College Fees

NEW ZEALAND RESIDENTS

Fees for 2008:

Tuition	$13,458 plus GST ($15,140)
Boarding	$9,531 plus GST ($10,511)

A 3% discount is offered if annual fees are paid in full by January 31, 2008.

OVERSEAS RESIDENTS

Foreign Fee Paying Students holding a Student Visa or Student Permit (includes English Tuition) Annual Fee (4 terms):

NZ$38,408.00 (includes GST)

All fees include all compulsory charges other than a small subscription for textbooks, school trips and a laundry charge that is added to boarders' disbursement accounts at the end of each term.

PRE-PAYMENT OF FEES

A pre-payment of fees scheme is available to parents with sons enrolled at Christ's College. Details are available from the Bursar.

FEES PROTECTION SCHEME

The College has in place, without cost to parents, a scheme to ensure the continued education of a boy who is a pupil at the College in the event of the death of a nominated fee paying parent. Further information and registration forms are sent out when a place is offered.

LUNCH IN THE DINING HALL FOR DAYBOYS

A limited number of places are available for boys to have lunch in the Dining Hall. The cost is $4.35 per day plus GST ($4.89). The rate is subject to variation during the year.

MUSIC TUITION

Tuition is available in piano, organ and a wide range of brass, string, woodwind, percussion and electronic instruments. Practice pianos are available for use at College, and there is a limited supply of brass and orchestral instruments for loan. The scale of charges for Music Tutors is available on request.
