Monday 2 February - Uniform for the day:  Summer Dress (with blazer)
8.15am    Year 9 dayboys report to houses
8.30am    Headmaster’s address to all new boys and their parents, Chapel
9.00am    Tea on Quad for Year 9 parents
9.00am    Year 9 meet in Old Boys’ Theatre.  Orientation programme commences

9.30am     School Prefects’ orientation session 1, Library Conference Room
10.00am   HOD meeting, Boardroom
11.00am   Housemasters’ meeting, Boardroom
12.35pm   Year 9 lunch – dayboys return to houses, boarders to Dining Hall     
1.00pm     School Prefects’ lunch, Boardroom
1.30pm     School Prefects’ orientation session 2, Library Conference Room
3.15pm     Year 9 programme ends
3.30pm     Common Room meeting
4.30pm     Department meetings
5.30pm     Boarders’ tea
6.00pm     Remaining Year 13 boarders due back in houses

8.35-10.30am        Year 9 athletic heats
9.00am     Year 10 dayboys report to Assembly Hall for administration session

10.30am   All Year 13 meet in Assembly Hall for administration session

10.30-11.00am    Break for Year 9
11.00am –12.30pm    Year 9 swimming heats    
12.30pm   Lunch
1.00pm     Housemasters meet with house tutors
1.00pm    Year 12 dayboys report to Assembly Hall for administration session

1.15-1.45pm    Year 9 sports briefing in Gym    
1.45-3.15pm    Year 9 interhouse multisport challenge, run by selected house prefects. Dayboys may go home at conclusion of this event
2.30pm    Year 11 dayboys report to Assembly Hall for administration session
Concludes 4.00pm
5.30pm    Boarders’ tea
6.00pm    All Year 10-12 boarders due back in houses
        
Wednesday 4 February - Uniform for the day: Dress Uniform (suit)
8.20am            All year groups at school
8.35am            Move to Chapel
8.45am            Chapel – new boy welcome
9.30am            School Assembly
10.00-10.30am    Dayboy House meetings, all year groups
10.00am            Year 10-12 boarders meet in Assembly Hall for administration session.  Concludes 10.30am
10.30-10.45am    Break  – Note:  No Congregational practice    
10.50am            Period 3 classes begin for all year groups
12.15-1.05pm    Lunch        
2.30pm              Sport as arranged

Friday 6 February – Waitangi Day (school holiday)
No Year 9 boarder leave
