Enrolment Procedures

PRE-ENROLMENT

Parents are encouraged to pre-enrol their son at any time. Although it does not constitute acceptance, it allows for regular contact from the College, particularly about events such as Open Days and Information Evenings.

To pre-enrol, parents should complete an Application for Admission Form and forward it to the school with the pre-enrolment fee of $100.

The deadline for applications for entry to Year 9 is 4pm on the last Friday in May each year.

ENROLMENT

The enrolment process begins in the year prior to entry.
Firstly, a confirmation of application form is sent to pre-enrolled families. This must be completed and returned with a copy of the most recent school report.

All applicants must sit an entrance examination in June. Academic Scholarships are awarded on performance in the examinations. In exceptional circumstances arrangements can be made for the boys to sit the Entrance Examination off site. All applicants and their parents are invited to visit the school informally and are able to meet the Headmaster.

Places are offered at the start of July. Parents are asked to confirm their acceptance by completing an acceptance form and returning it with the $600 acceptance fee within three weeks.
